As a person who hated the idea of any form of exercise, I really enjoy my keep fit sessions with Katherine. She is an excellent and calm personal trainer with first rate technical knowledge and real skill in how she relates to me as a client. I never feel rushed and yet we cover more and more as the weeks progress. Katherine encourages me to extend myself and corrects any positions to ensure maximum benefit. I am sleeping better, have more energy and have increased awareness of the need for better posture and healthy eating. Katherine also provides on going support via emails which include healthy recipes. Each week I receive a personal exercise programme to follow of which I have found invaluable. I should have done this years ago! I have no hesitation in recommending Katherine as a personal trainer. NB This client is now able to join her husband for walks, carry a 6 pack of drinks bottles and get up off the floor easily all of which she struggled to do before training. I just love my PT sessions with Katherine each week. She keeps the classes varied and challenging enough that you don't feel you can't do what she asks of you, but you know you've pushed yourself the next day. The online support has been invaluable in keeping me "in the zone" in between classes, transfering her workouts to my own gym and being more savvy around food options. Informative posts about calories have been a god send, without feeling that she is preaching, and some really delicious, simple recipes tried and tested by her which has given me the confidence to have a go myself (much to my families delight). My PT sessions with Katherine over the last 5 months have been fantastic and have made a difference to all aspects of life including my fitness, diet and sleep. I have lost weight, lost inches and have had continual good knowledgeable advice from Katherine even when I am not with her. The sessions themselves have been challenging but enjoyable and she has helped me to push myself way beyond what I thought my limits were. More importantly we have had fun! I'm not one of Katherines PT clients but have been a member of the group since it started. I am an avid follower of Liliebelle Lifestyle I particularly like the recipes (peanut chicken curry is my favourite and have cooked it many times!). Despite not being a PT client, Katherine has been massively supportive when I have sort fitness and nutricianal advice on numerous occasions, she genuinely cares offering good and practical advice. I would highly recommend Lilliebelle Lifestyle for all abilities and ages... you won't regret it!

I was struggling to lose weight after a successful hip replacement 6 months ago. During a conversation with a client of mine who spoke about her visits to Katherine, saying she had so much energy and felt so good, I thought this is what I need too! That was 6 weeks ago. During those 6 weeks I have lost 5lbs and 2 inches off my hips and waist. Katherine has been so supportive with lots of tips to help me achieve my goals. I was introduced to Katherine via a friend, I was looking for a positive impactful change in my life and that is exactly what I found. Yes I’d like to lose some weight, as well as get fitter to be around longer for my kids. But for me the big drive and determination is the positive impact Katherine and her workouts have on my mental health. Feeling more confident, healthy and moving more. Being able to have successful personal training sessions online in my front room (via FaceTime or Zoom) has been so uplifting at a time when I need it most. Katherine listens and tailors each session to my needs. Offering me a personal challenging workout which leaves me feeling stronger physically, emotionally and mentally afterwards not broken.

I started Katherine’s Couch to 5k in January. I’ve run on and off before but wouldn’t class myself as a ‘runner’ by any means. I found Katherine’s programme easy to stick to, with a gentle start, and the app helpfully pings reminders of when runs are due - I’m not great at scheduling so this was really helpful. Initially I thought of each run as a sweaty hate march, but once I realised that I could run for 10 minutes easily, I came to really enjoy it. I even looked forward to it, and realised that running is a great stress-reliever. I would highly recommend the run programme. Katherine’s enthusiasm and support has been so helpful too, she’s always happy to answer questions or cheer me on.
